The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294[b], 498[A], 313 of IPC r/w Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act in C.S.R.No.76 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail.

2.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal side] submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and closed in C.S.R.No.76 of 2016.
