Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after verifying the instructions, submitted that this writ petition filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed in

I.A.No.3 of 2023 in C.P.No.30 of 2021 dated 11.08.2023 on the file of the II Additional Labour Court, Chennai . In the meantime, during the pendency of the writ petition, the main I.D itself was disposed of and thereby the writ petition has become infructuous.
