ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify the conditions imposed by the Special Court for EC/NDPS Act, Salem in C.M.P.No.911/2022 dated 29.09.2022 while he was enlarged on bail.

2. The petitioner was enlarged on bail by the trial court on 29.09.2022 on certain conditions. The petitioner has to approach the concerned trial court for modification of the conditions imposed by it and in the event of the trial court not inclined to modify the conditions sought, he can approach the Sessions Court by invoking revisional jurisdiction. It is seen that without availing the above said remedies available for him in the courts below, the petitioner has approached this Court by invoking Section 482 of Cr.P.C.
