This petition is filed for quashing the proceedings in Crime No.671 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent 2.Today, the petitioners, the second respondent and their respective counsel are present and identification of the parties have been verified by this Court. respondent has filed an affidavit stating that the matter has been settled amicably and hence he has no objection to quash the proceedings in Crime No.671 of 2015.

3.Recording the affidavit filed by the second respondent, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.671 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent, is hereby quashed.
