ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 28.06.2024, thereby rejected the application submitted under Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of parents and Senior citizens Act.

2. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that as against the order passed by the first respondent, there is an appeal remedy available under the Maintenance and Welfare of parents and Senior citizens Act.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appellate authority, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
