in bearing door No.11 to 16 Limit in Town Survey No.1099, 1100, 1101/1 Part, 1102 Part and 1103 Part land subdivided in plots in the name of "K.M.Avenue" in Plot No.1.

Prayer in Crl.O.P.No.8147 of 2016:- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the respondents to provide effective police protection to the petitioner's company to erect transmission cell phone tower and to install all the telecommunication electrical and electronics equipments, OFC Cable and its maintenance work on the said BTS transmission Tower at Coimbatore District, Coimbatore North Taluk in Village No.2 in Gudalur Village in S.F.No.996/1 in Acr 4.80 Cents of land Subdivided in Plots in the name of "Srinivasa Nagar" Plot No.20. The said property presently Subdivided in Joint Patta No.2195 in S.F.No.996/1A3 limit, Gudalur Town Panchayat Limit.
