2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.05.2019, a case has been registered in Cr.No.378 of 2019 on 06.11.2019 under Sections 294 (b) & 506(i) of IPC.
