This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am at Madukkarai Police Station, Coimbatore, instead of the condition laid in para no 5(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.16375 of 2024 dated 24.07.2024 by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.

Accordingly, ordered.
