This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 02.08.2024 and dispose of the representation, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
