[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the father of the detenu, Anand S/o.Venkatappan, aged 24 years, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in C.M.P.No.35/Goonda/C2/2019 dated 20.08.2019. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the son of the petitioner in C.M.P.No.35/Goonda/C2/2019 dated 20.08.2019 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.3783, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 30.09.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
