This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1521 days in representing the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 1521 days in representing the appeal is condoned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.
