2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory and hence, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to produce the original certified copy of the order dated 01.12.2023 passed in E.P.No.740 of 2024 in RLTOP No.274 of 2022 pending on the file of the XIV Court of Small Causes at Chennai.
