(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This Miscellaneous petition is filed to implead the petitioner herein as the 2nd petitioner in the above writ petition. Since, it is not the case of the petitioner in the above writ petition that he is going to with draw the petition, the prayer sought for in the present miscellaneous petition to implead him as 2nd petitioner in the above writ petition cannot be accepted. However, considering the public interest involved in the writ petition, this Court impleads the petitioner as 7th respondent in the above writ petition.

Accordingly, the Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the matter.
