Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pending on the file of the 1st respondent order cum proceedings passed by the first respondent in his proceedings No.Po.Su.Thu.Na.Ka.No.C2/4950/2016 dated Nil.03.2017 signed on 24.03.2017 provisionally appointing the 3rd respondent as a Sanitary Officer and quash the same as illegal and unlawful and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to promote the petitioner as the Sanitary Officer and grant all other monitory benefits to the petitioner.

Prayer in W.P.No.32083 of 2016:

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pending on the file of the 1st respondent in his proceedings Pu.Su.Du.Na.Ka.No.C2/5645/2015, dated 29.08.2016 which has been approved by the Appointment Committee by its resolution No.107/2016, dated 25.07.2016 authorizing the appointment of 3rd and 4th respondents as a Sanitary Officer by the proceedings of the 1st respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Pu.Su.Du.Na.Ka.No.C2/5645/2015, dated 29.08.2016 and quash the same as illegal and unlawful and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to promote the petitioner as the Sanitary Officer for the panel year 2015-2016 and grant all other monitory benefits to the petitioner.
