The present application has been filed to direct the respondent to handover the original passport of the applicants minor son Shiv Devan to the applicant for the purpose of renewal and to visit the Passport Seva Kendra along with the applicant and comply all formalities required by the passport Seva Kendra and thereafter enables her to take the child abroad whenever need arises.

2. In view of the orders passed earlier in A.No.716 of 2025 in O.P.No.860 of 2016, no further adjudication is required to be made in the present application.
