This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 620 days in filing the criminal appeal as against Judgment dated 25.08.2023 passed in Spl.S.C.No.17 of 2022 on the file of learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 620 days in filing the above appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered.
