This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register an FIR, on the complaint given by the petitioner on 19.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a petition enquiry in CSR.No.117 of 2016 is pending before the respondentPolice.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
