This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.MP.No.286 of 2021 dated 21.05.2021 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Salem.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is

ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to produce the sureties before the Trial Court as ordered by the trial Court in Crl.MP.No.286 of 2021 dated 21.05.2021, from the date on which the order copy is made ready. Failing which, the petition for bail shall stand automatically dismissed, without any further extension of time.
