This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second responden to include the names of Dhasarathan and Ranjith as 2nd and 3rd accused in Crime No.846 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that during the course of investigation in Crime No.846 of 2015, involvement of one Dhasarathan and Ranjith in the offence came to light, and they have also been included as accused, and investigation is in progress.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
