JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the sole appellant is no more as he died long back. He would further submit that he could not get the particulars of the Legal Representatives of the deceased appellant and hence, the Second Appeal stands abated.

The Court heard the submissions of Mr.P.Sivamani, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

Since there is no possibility of the learned counsel for the appellant to get instructions to file a petition to bring on record, the LRs of the deceased appellant, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Second Appeal stands dismissed as abated. No costs.
