(The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing/Hybrid Mode".) This Civil Revision Petition is filed to number the unnumbered application dated 02.02.2015 in I.A.No. Nil of 2015 in Cud.SOS.No.681 of 1978 on the file of the Sub Court, Panruti.
2.The petitioners have come out with the present Civil Revision Petition for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Panruti, to number the un-numbered application filed in O.S.No.681 of 1978. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that when the petitioners have filed copy application for obtaining copy of the affidavit and petition filed by them, the same was returned with the following endorsement: 2/4
"The mentioned petition was not numbered because the case records was not received today. Unnumbered petition with notes order cannot be given. Hence this CA returned."
3.From the materials available on record, it is seen that the petitioners have not furnished any SR Number / Diary Number / 19R Number for having filed the application. According to petitioners, the said application was filed on 02.12.2015, but they have not furnished any SR Number / Diary Number / 19R Number to show that the said application alleged to have been filed on 02.12.2015. Without furnishing any details by the petitioners, no direction can be issued to the learned Judge to number the application. 4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed.
