O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to file a final report on the basis of the FIR No.153/19 dated 28.03.2019 pending on the file of the second respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 28.03.2019, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

permitted to file a final report within a period of four months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed either to file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of four months preferably, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
