ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to monitor the investigation in Crime No.73 of 2021 dated 05.03.2021 on the file of the third respondent and to file final report in a time bound period.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted though the respondent police registered the case in Crime No.73 of 2021 on 05.03.2021, they have not filed final report till date. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered the FIR in Crime No.73/2021, in which the investigation is under progress. Hence he seeks two months time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final 2/4

report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
