ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in SC No. 2/2021 on the file of the learned Special Court for trial of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act 2016, Cuddalore.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the trial has been commenced and now the case is posted for arguments on 02.01.2026. 3.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
