This Criminal Original Petition is filed to set aside the order dated 05.10.2017 passed by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (FAC), Chennai, dismissing the petitions in Crl.M.P.Nos.3454 and 3682 of 2017 on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Chennai-600 008.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer of the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
