This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23888 of 2022 on 30.09.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
