The petition in Crl.M.P.No.15964 of 2022 has been filed to modify the condition No.6(b) that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,20,000/- as nonrefundable deposit to the credit of District Revenue Officer, Cuddalore District, and produce the receipt of the same before the concerned learned Magistrate at the time of execution of bond imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22948 of 2022 dated 23.09.2022. The Petition in Crl.M.P.No.15965 of 2022 has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 23.09.2022 in Crl.OP.No.22948 of 2022.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in order to comply with the condition, the petitioner went to the office of the District Revenue Officer, Cuddalore District for depositing the amount. However, the District Revenue Officer refused to receive the same. Thereafter, he acceded to receive the amount. Therefore, there was a delay in depositing the said amount. Hence, he seeks further period of two weeks time for executing the sureties and comply with the conditions.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition in Crl.M.P.No.15964 of 2022 is closed and Crl.M.P.No.15965 of 2022 is ordered and further period of two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed and no further extension will be granted.
