These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.OP.Nos.19744 & 19827 of 2022 dated 30.08.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.267 of 2022 and the petitioners were also directed to surrender within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3. In the meanwhile, the petitioner in Crl.OP.Nos.19744 of 2022 had approached the Hon'ble Apex Court in SLP.(crl.)No.9318 and 9319 of 2022 and the condition directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.30lakhs to the benefit of anticipatory bail was stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. He would submit that it was further observed that other aspects in the impugned order shall continue to operate. The petitioners thereby were unable to execute the sureties within time and thereby would seek for extension of time.

4. The learned counsel for the intervenor would submit that the petitioners on their own volition offered to make the deposit of Rs.30lakhs to the credit of Cr.No.267 of 2022.
5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
6. Taking into consideration that the case, the condition directing the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.30lakhs has been stayed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in SLP.(crl.)No.9318 and 9319 of 2022, these petitions are ordered and further period of two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the other conditions from the date on which the order copy is made ready. Failing which, the petitions for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed, without any further extension of time. 28.10.2022.
