ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 15.02.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3738 of 2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.In view of the subsequent development, we are not inclined to pass any order. It appears that the Revenue Divisional Officer has passed an order, against which, an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ appeal was made before the District Revenue Officer. The

District Revenue Officer has also remanded the matter to the Revenue Divisional Officer to pass fresh orders. 3.In such view of the matter, while closing the contempt petition, we direct the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ariyalur to dispose of the pending matter pursuant to the remand made by the District Revenue Officer by proceedings dated 18.09.2018 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after due notice to the parties concerned including the petitioner.
