COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) When these writ petitions were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the second respondent in these writ petitions has submitted that the second respondent in W.P.No.39095 of 2016 is ready to accept the assignment and in view of the same, the matter in W.P.No.39095 of 2016 has become infructuous. He further submitted that the second respondent in W.P.No.39096 of 2016 has already reported for duty as per the transfer order and in view of the same, the matter in W.P.No.39096 of 2016 has become infructuous. The learned Asst.Solicitor General appearing for the petitioners has also reiterated the said submission.

2.Recording the above submissions, the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed. No costs.
