PRAYER: This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to call for the records of the respondents in relation to the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.530/A4/2022 dated 28.12.2022 by the 4th respondent and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to fix the Selection Grade Scale of pay of the petitioner in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in the pay band of Rs.9300-34800 Plus 4500 from 18.04.2008, notionally with monetary benefits from 01.01.2011 by accepting the option of the petitioner to come over to the revised scale of pay from the date of Selection Grade i.e. 18.04.2008 and fix Special Grade (i.e) 18.04.2008 and fix Special Grade Scale at corresponding stage from 18.04.2018 and grant arrears of pay after deducting a pay granted in revised scale of pay from 01.01.2006 to 17.04.2008. ORDER
Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also circulated a letter dated 25.06.2025 to the Registry, in this regard.
