Crl.MP.No.16146 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21731 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.21731 of 2022 dated 20.09.2022 that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30am and 5.30pm until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.21731 of 2022, dated 20.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30am until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
