Chairman State Level Scrutiny Committee and Secretary, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department Fort St. George Chennai Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus by calling for the records of the first respondent in its Letter No.16665/CV-4(2)/2013-13 dated 17.11.2015 and quash the same and consequently, refrain the Chairman of the Committee Mr. P. Annamalai, I.A.S., from participating in the verification proceedings against the petitioner.

(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to raise objections at the appropriate time and has also made an endorsement to that effect as under:
