This application has been filed to amend the petition and order copy as, learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirupattur District instead of learned Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi, Tirupattur District, and also as, Arcot Taluk Police Station, Ranipet District instead of Alangayam Police Station, Vaniyambadi Taluk, Tirupattur District, in Crl.O.P.No.9598 of 2021 order dated 26.05.2021.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.9598 of 2021, dated 26.05.2021 and issue fresh order copy.

Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties as directed by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
