This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.10.2022 and investigate the matter in accordance with law. 1/3

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was assigned as CSR No.621 of 2022 and enquiry was conducted. He further submitted that, during enquiry, the parties denied the receipt of money from the other side, however, they agreed to workout their remedy before the Civil Court and hence, it was closed.
