This petition has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant viz., Masiyanna gounder in the second appeal.. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has no serious objection to allow the petition.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the above petition.

4.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and consequently, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Second Appeal.
