The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. It is the case for the alleged offence of kidnapping for a ransom. This Court perused the CD file and this Court is not satisfied with the manner in which the investigation has been conducted.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is directed to intimate the concerned Superior Officer about the opinion expressed by this Court.

4. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
