The District Collector v. K. Easwaramoorthy

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 115 days in filing this Civil Revision Petition against order passed in I.A.No.2/2024 in AS.CFR.No.2445/2024 dated 16.12.2024 on the file of the Sub Court, Palladam, Tiruppur District.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of this petition and also considering the no objection having been stated by the learned counsel for the respondent, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
