Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of certiorari to call for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent in connection with the order passed by him in his Proc. Se. Mu. No. 1879/2011 Pa2 dt 4.4.2012 and quash the same.

J U D G M E N T

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) The Writ Appeal filed by the appellants under Clause 15 of the Letter Patent Act to set aside the order dated 28.02.2013 made in W.P.No.10349 of 2012 on the file of this Court and allow this present Writ Appeal.

2.Under the order dated 28.02.2013 made in W.P.No.10349 of 2012, the respondent is directed to be appointed as Forest Watcher, despite he is not having of sufficient height as required by the rules.

3.The appellants by communication dated 03.11.2017 informs that the respondent has accepted the alternative appointment as Maliq.

4.In this view of the matter, this Writ Appeal does not survive consideration and the Writ Appeal stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
