The petition has been filed to amend the name of the respondent police in the order in Crl.O.P.No.20499 of 2024 dated 23.08.2024 as Thoppur Police Station instead of Dharmapuri Police Station.

2. Considering the submission made on by both sides, the Amendment Petition is ordered. Since this petition is pending for amendment, this Court is also inclined to grant the extension of time for execution of surety for a period of 15 days. Accordingly, ordered.
