[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry initiated in Na.Ka.No.6661/A1/2015 and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

orders within the time stipulated as per Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

2. The Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has advanced his arguments on the basis of the averments made in the petition.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader has submitted a copy of Circular dated 20.10.2017, wherein it has been clearly stated that Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 has already been withdrawn.

4.The main relief sought in the writ petition is to direct the first respondent to expedite the enquiry initiated in Na.Ka.No.6661/A1/2015.

5.Even though Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 has already been withdrawn, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

6. In fine, the writ petition is allowed in part without costs.
