This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct inspection and pass orders for the renewal of recognition of the petitioner industrial school from the academic year 2016-17. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the order has already been passed by the 1st respondent rejecting the renewal of the petitioner's school and hence the petitioner has to file a Writ Petition challenging the said rejection order.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the rejection order and has made an endorsement to that effect.

5. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a Writ Petition challenging the said rejection order. No costs.
