The Petitioner/Wife seeks to transfer the proceedings for divorce filed by the respondent/husband in H.M.O.P.No.912 of 2021 before the Subordinate Judge at Poonamallee to the file of the Family Court, at Vellore for the reason that the petitioner has a two year old minor daughter who was suffering from ''Left Diaphragmetic Eventration Thoracoscopic Repair'', for which she is taking treatment at C.M.C.Hospital, Vellore. The petitioner has also contended that for attending the case she has travel to Poonamallee with her minor daughter which is an additional financial burden on her father, who is taking care of the petitioner as well as her minor daughter.
2. The respondent though served has not entered appearance.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is now residing at Vellore within the jurisdiction of the Family Court at Vellore and the respondent/husband is not being taking care of her and her child who requires medical attention, this Court is inclined to allow this transfer petition.

Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.912 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Poonamallee is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court at Vellore. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
