(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The miscellaneous petition on hand has been instituted to direct the respondents to grant leave for one month to the convict prisoner till the disposal of the main writ petition, which has been instituted seeking premature release.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor brought to the notice of this Court that no such application has been received by the Prison Authorities.

Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to submit leave application seeking ordinary leave. On receipt of any such application, the respondents shall consider the same on merits and pass appropriate orders within a period of 28 days from the date of receipt of the leave application from the petitioner by following the Rules in force.

Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
