C.M.P.Nos.23044, 23043 & 23041 of 2019 have been filed to condone the delay of 836 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole petitioner in C.R.P.(PD).No.4844 of 2014, to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the sole petitioner in C.R.P.(PD).No.4844 of 2014 and to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 herein as the legal heirs of late A.Balasubramanian as petitioners 2 to 4 in C.R.P.(PD).No.4844 of 2014. 2.Mr.S.Viswanathan, learned counsel representing Mr.V.Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 6 submitted that the respondents 2 to 6 have no objection for ordering C.M.P.No.23044 of 2019. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of C.M.P.No.23044 of 2019 and recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 6, C.M.P.No.23044 of 2019 is ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.23044 of 2019, C.M.P.Nos.23043 & 23041 of 2019 are also ordered.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in C.R.P.(PD).No.4844 of 2014 and post the C.R.P.(PD).No.4844 of 2014 for hearing on 12.01.2022.
