The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 323 and 506[ii] of IPC, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] would submit that the case is registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294[b], 323 and 324 of IPC, which are bailable offences.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate [Criminal side], this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
