O R D E R

Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. With consent, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2025 and to conduct the land survey in respect of the Petitioner-s land in Survey Nos.206/2E, 206/2J, 206/2L, 206/2Q and 206/2T situated at Tharamangalam Thesavilaku Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District with necessary police protection.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the aforesaid property and he submitted the represenation to the respondents to survey his property on 11.04.2024 and he has also paid necessary fees. However, the petitioner's representation was not considered by the respondent till date, thus the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the respondent concerned would consider the petitioner's represenation and carry out a survey and fix boundary stones at the subject property within a time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent concerned to consider the represenation of the petitioner dated 11.04.2025, carry out a survey, demarcate the property and thereafter fix boundary stones at the subject property, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving 3/6

prior notice and reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, adjacent land owners and other interested parties, including rival claimants, if any. The respondents are at liberty to seek police protection, if need arises. No costs.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
