O R D E R

This petition has been filed challenging the summon issued to the petitioner dated 26.10.2017 under Section 160 of Cr.P.C.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation, final report was filed and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No5658 of 2019 on the file of the CB CID, Egmore. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
