The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the certified copy of the impugned award dated 22.05.2008 was obtained by the revision petitioner and they are ready to file it before the Registry. Hence, learned counsel submits that he is not pressing this Civil Miscellaneous Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as not pressed .

3. Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order.
