W.M.P.No.34997 of 2019 in W.P.No.18759 of 2014 and W.M.P.No. 34999 of 2019 in w.P.No.18760 of 2014 D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.

These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 144 days in filing the petition to restore the writ petition in W.P.No.18759 and 18760 of 2014 respectively, which were dismissed for non prosecution on 28.03.2019.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned the affidavits, these petitions are allowed and the delay is condoned.

3. The Registry is directed to number the restoration petitions and list the matter on 20.12.2019. The Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.T.Easwaradhas as counsel for R5 to R8.
